1.31.24 | Friends! How are you? I hope your New Year has been off to a great start.
After the holidays, I went straight into a brand new tour with “Nashville Hits The Roof” that you might’ve seen on Instagram on Facebook. It has been a whirlwind and such an education!! SO much fun. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to do this.
The hardest part has been figuring out how to drive all day and keep my energy up for the show (and managing a tour budget 😅)… But the best part is playing to brand new audiences and watching them hear “Cowboy” for the first time and actually start to dance!! That is definitely the best part - seeing people react to the music in real time.
Even when 1 person in the whole city buys a meet & greet ticket I get so excited. Thanks to everyone that has come out and said hey after the show! It means everything!

Outside of this full band tour, I’ve added some acoustic shows. I recently played in Chattanooga, TN and Atlanta, GA at a venue I’ve always wanted to play - Eddie’s Attic. It’s a true listening room so realizing everyone is listening that closely definitely raised the stakes. And the fact that countless musicians I admire have played there (eddiesattic.com/about-us).
While I was in Atlanta, I was fortunate to have a hosted stay at The Kimpton Shane Hotel. After traveling and performing, it was such a treat to end up in such a lovely place to stay the night. Finding creative partnerships with hotels like this one have helped me stay on the road and have made the experience that much more fun.
